It was lovely and we found the staff particularly ever so pleasant.

Maybe a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Short break

Had a very nice short break at the Belsfield, very comfortable pity the restaurant menu did not change during our visit, Menu choice could be bigger !

Outstanding location with outstanding staff

A very enjoyable stay, each member of staff was engaging and pleasant, they were genuinely there to and help and happy to do it. We will be back

Seemed short staffed. No on on desk at reception on arrival. No one on desk in dining room to take you to a table.
Would have expected a hotel of this grade to change the dinner menu, or at least specials, daily.
However fabulous setting and lovely decor.

2nd stay

Having stayed in March we returned last week but brought friends with us. As ever, the staff were fantastic, the food delicious and our room is almost perfect for myself and my wheelchair bound husband. Just a couple of minor adjustments would make room 1 ideal. I mentioned the few adjustments we thought would really benefit us to staff hopefully management will take this on board.
We ate both nights in the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Best to book your car in though to avoid any fines.
