Very nice night away

The package I had was room, welcome drink, 3 course meal, breakfast and a lake cruise all included. For the price I paid, couldn t really beat it.

Staff were friendly, attentive but not overbearing. The hotel was clean, tidy and had a good feel to it and it was located in a great place. We only had 1 night booked, but we enjoyed it. The food was tasty and the breakfast was plentiful. The only negative I would give is that drinks were a bit pricey. 33 for a bottle of Prosecco is a bit much when the supermarket price is 8/9. I get drinks in hotels etc get a mark up, but I m sure it puts people off staying and drinking there when there are cheaper pubs close by.

Beautiful lakes

The belsfield has an imposing presence overlooking the lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good, though not serving full menu! Public areas good. Room on small side and internet poor in room. Would stay again.

Wonderful experience

We have always dreamt of staying at the Belsfield. It is in a very prominent position.

Pleasant stay

We recently stayed at the Belsfield in a garden room with wet room so ideal for my disabled husband. The fire doors took a bit of negotiation but if staff in reception they came to help.
More bistro type menu but happy with that and food delicious and plentiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and you could request eggs to your taste, porridge, omelettes etc.
The decor is beautiful and the location ideal as handy for my daily walks while my husband relaxed in the lake view lounge.
