Friday 13th Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I had a most enjoyable two night stay at the Grange Hotel. Upon our arrival the receptionist was most welcoming. Our room with a four poster bed was very luxurious and spacious. We dined in the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Friday 13th and enjoyed a first class meal, this was made special by the hotel presenting us with complimentary glasses of prosecco and excellent service. We found all the staff to be friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also made use of the spa which was well equipped, clean and relaxing.

We would certainly stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Our room was super spacious with bath and separate ensuite with large shower and double wash basins and loo all exceptionally clean. The 4 poster bed was comfortable, there was a seating area with coffee table and 2 chairs and chaise lounge, double aspect windows looked out onto a wooded area and the back of the hotel, it was very quiet.
We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings and the bar area 1 both venues serve delicious well prepared and presented food.

Short break

We had an excellent two night stay at the Grange. We travelled by train. The hotel is very close to the station.Everyone was very helpful: the food excellent.

Excellent hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Grange hotel. our room was massive and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff friendly. The spa was relaxing and I loved the steam room

The best hotel in town

We were extremely pleased with the room upgrade we received. The suite was magnificent. The restaurant ambience was excellent in the smaller salon, but the breakfast room was a bit cafeteria-like and the noise from the chairs scraping on the wooden flooring was a bit annoying. The food was, however, excellent at dinner and at breakfast. The bar area was very club-like and most agreeable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The staff were all really good.
