The Grange Hotel lovely place

We went for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was lovely treat. The staff were lovely and we were happy with our room. The meal on the evening was lovely it was lovely that it was a three course menu not a different one because we were on a deal. The breakfast was lovely too just helped yourself to what you wanted but could order if you wanted something different cooking from the menu. We wish we could have stayed longer a chill out that was much needed.

Liked everything about the Grange. Staff friendly and very chatty .Food good but some of dining room staff inexperienced and a little overcome though very pleasant. Dinner booked 7.30pm. Finished 9.50pm. Steak in bar tasty but barman alone trying to pour drinks/serve dishes and cope with barrel that needed changing as empty! Hotel impressive, beautifully decorated and furnished. Look forward to a further visit

A magical night on our tour

Our room was incredible very large with a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with both shower and bath, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We used the dressing gowns provided to go to the swimming pool and jacuzzi , a relaxing moment. The view over the gardens and Morecambe bay was lovely. We really enjoyed our gourmet dinner well presented and which tasted so good. Breakfast was really enjoyable too. The staff is very attentive to your needs and really pleasant. To sum it up a truly lovely place. Would go again and recommend it to anyone

No review title

When we arrived, our room had not been booked. For ou first night, we had to transfer to a nearby hotel, which was not as nice. We moved back the following night. The mix up over our room rather spoiled the stay. To be fair, the staff on site did everything to make up for this mix up.

Nevertheless, I cannot offer anything but a negative review, due to the mix up. I would stress that we received an advance email to say our booking was confirmed. Clearly this was not the case.

A very comfortable stay with good food. Quality from start to finish.

2 day break, lovely hotel, great staff and excellent food.

Delightful short break venue

We were upgraded to a very spacious second floor suite overlooking the bay, therefore able to enjoy the early morning and evening views. Staff throughout were attentive, efficient and helpful, although the two on bar duty on our first day were untidy both in dress and appearance and not in keeping with all other staff members. We dined on both nights and enjoyed super food, chosen from a short but carefully selected menu. Dinner on our second evening slightly marred by slow service.
Overall a very enjoyable two night break.
