Excellent Windermere Hotel, well worth a visit.

The hotel was lovely . Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There is a young woman on reception, we don t know her name. But we do know that she comes from
Georgia, What an asset to the hotel she is. So helpful nothing too much trouble.
We had an excellent stay we will return and we would advise anyone wanting to stay in Windermere to try this gorgeous hotel.

Brilliant from start to finish. Felt very special staff were amazing and waking up to the views of the lake added that extra touch beautiful.

Arrived mid morning. Friendly greeting . Car registered for free parking. Returned later undertook a seamless registration process. Staff friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Bed rooms comfortable with expected amenities. Very lean and comfortable. Dining room very stylish. Food excellent, great choices available, food presented well, piping hot when appropriate very pleased with the whole experience . Will return

Excellent value

Fantastic night away, great value considering what was included. Dinner, bed and breakfast, lovely Ely cruise on Bowness, welcome drinks from the bar and 20% off wines. Beautiful clean bedroom, excellent friendly staff and lovely food.

This is an amazing hotel. Wonderful outlook. Convenient for all the Lakes.
The most delightful thing about this hotel are the staff. They make your stay so enjoyable.
Alana the girl on reception is an absolute asset to the hotel, nothing is too much trouble
for her. She always there with a smile to give you any help. She goes above and beyond .

Had a lovely stay for our diamond wedding anniversary bought by my daughter we had a lovely time the rink was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was excellent

Lovely stay and the staff were amazing but unfortunately only a basic menu was offered due to staffing levels. However the food was served beautifully and tasted delicious. Our room had no TV signal , which we reported but no action taken but probably again due to staffing issues. This in no way impacted on our most enjoyable stay
