Anniversary two night stay beginning start of May

Wonderful relaxing and luxurious stay. We have been looking for a bolt hole in the lakes and now we have found it. I opted for this hotel for the many gluten free options on the menu, Lindeth Howe did not disappoint. From homemade gf warm bread rolls with dinner to home made cakes and scones for high tea. Breakfast was just as amazing with home made nutty, cereal free granolas. Excellent when menus can be a little scant for this food requirement. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made our stay very special.
Our room was spacious, we had views over the garden with window seat. Lounge area is sublime, a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of Shiraz looking out on beautifully kept gardens.

Lovely stay again at this small hotel

stayed here many times over the years and generally doesn't disappoint. However, the accessible room could do with some grab rails on the walls leading from the door to the bedroom. Also the table for cases is too slidy. I would also like some railings for the steps leading into the gardens. All in all, one of my favourite hotels.

Birthday treat at Lindeth Howe

Super treat through off peak luxury booked quite last minute.We have stayed before at Lindeth Howe a few times and it never disappoints .High tea was delicious all homemade cakes and fresh sandwiches a luxurious treat .The room was comfortable and a fabulous view of the lake from the window .Lovely tasty meal in the evening in the restaurant followed by homemade chocolates and fresh pot of coffee ...a lovely treat for a birthday.

We will certainly stay there again in the future! Great customer service and staff, very clean and tidy, and food delicious! Also excellent location and views.

Stunning

I have to say this is the BEST stay my husband and I have had in The Lakes. I stumbled upon Off Peak Luxury but what a great stumble this turned out to be. Beautiful location with stunning views. Thank you

Romantic Break

Spent a lovely 2 days here. Beautiful setting and beautiful hotel. Food was excellent. Really enjoyed our time here.

Super weekend

Just a short weekend break at Lindeth Howe Hotel was superb (despite the weather). Staff, room and restaurant were very good and as expected. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Lake District.

Lindeth Howe

I'm glad we only stayed for 2 nights as the menu was the same each night. The music in the dining room was too loud in the evening and breakfast (and not very nice music).
