Lovely stay at Lindeth Howe

Everything about the hotel and staff was first class. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and were always courteous and polite. We found the standard of our double room excellent, with everything we needed. Our afternoon tea was of very good quality and our restaurant experience was excellent. We will certainly return again.

Value for money

This was a really nice hotel. Walking distance to the Lake. The package we had was really good value for money. Our room was a corner room and was huge. The bed was so comfy. The disappointing thing was the menu was the same each night of our stay, but there was enough choice to find something different each evening. Breakfast was really good and nicely cooked.

Excellent themed hotel

Unique hotel with excellent service (bringing fresh milk and ice to the room within minutes)
Room very clean with large comfortable bed
Spacious restaurant with good food and service only negative would have been a slight change of menu

Lovely Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff couldn t do enough for us. We found the hotel very quite, very relaxing and a great location. We had afternoon tea, Dinner and Breakfast during our stay. The food was excellent.
We would definitely stay again whenever we visit the Lake District.

Hidden Gem.

This hotel is fabulous and the staff are efficient , helpful , funny!! ,the food is fantastic too my husband has Coeliac disease and nothing was too much trouble.
We have booked another stay soon we were so impressed.

Fantastic Weekend Break

We stayed on a Luxury in the Lakes 2 night break and would highly recommend the OPL offer and the hotel itself. The staff were professional and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We chose to upgrade to the Suite as the deluxe rooms were not available. Details such as the flame effect fire, an ice bucket in the room and proper drinking glasses made a huge difference. We cannot praise the restaurant highly enough, the staff were attentive and friendly and the food sublime. Breakfast was good too, the cooked breakfast was hot and fresh as well as tasty! We will definitely be back, maybe for a longer break next time!
