Luxury!!!!

We stayed for three nights to celebrate our Diamond wedding anniversary.
Our daughter liaised with the hotel and the result brought tears of joy to my wife.
All the staff appeared to be as delighted as us and seemed to get as much pleasure as we did.
From the minute we walked into reception to the day we left the experience was one of total luxury.
If you can find a better dining experience I will be amazed

Room Temperature

Although the temperature in the hotel was satisfactory the room temperature was excessive and not controllable from within the room

Our luxury autumn break in Grange over Sands.

A very welcome break for my husband and I. Our room was upgraded when we arrived to a suite of rooms!! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfection!!

enjoyable stay

a lovely hotel but could do with a bit of attention in certain areas eg wallpaper opposite lift on floor two,
rust on electric towel rack in room. Restaurant very good but limited vegetarian options.

Short break

We had a most enjoyable stay at The Grange. The hotel and location is beautiful. Everything is on the doorstep. Beautiful walks along the promenade and quaint and unusual shops. The staff are absolutely lovely. They are friendly, helpful and always smiling! We will definitely stay here again.

The perfect weekend

From the moment we arrived, to the morning we checked out, the hotel team were all very warm, friendly, helpful and courteous. The receptionists met us with a smile and we were walked to our suite which had been kindly upgraded due it being my husbands birthday, we were overwhelmed by this gesture. We had booked the package so we had a welcome drink sat in the sunshine outside, in stunning grounds. Our evening meal, although a quiet one, was superb. Olga, who looked after us, deserves a special mention. She was extremely professional, attentive and friendly, it was such a lovely dining experience and the food was great. Overall I felt we had great value for money in a beautiful hotel, with such a welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful surround area. Thank you.

Lovely Place To Stay

Everything was perfect from it's location on the edge of town allowing you to walk directly onto the promenade or into town, the location couldn't have been better. The staff were all friendly and welcoming especially the lady on reception who brought in large doggie treats for our retriever. Very kind of her. The food was lovely and plentiful, can't wait to pay a return visit.
