A magical night on our tour

Our room was incredible very large with a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with both shower and bath, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We used the dressing gowns provided to go to the swimming pool and jacuzzi , a relaxing moment. The view over the gardens and Morecambe bay was lovely. We really enjoyed our gourmet dinner well presented and which tasted so good. Breakfast was really enjoyable too. The staff is very attentive to your needs and really pleasant. To sum it up a truly lovely place. Would go again and recommend it to anyone

Friday 13th Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I had a most enjoyable two night stay at the Grange Hotel. Upon our arrival the receptionist was most welcoming. Our room with a four poster bed was very luxurious and spacious. We dined in the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Friday 13th and enjoyed a first class meal, this was made special by the hotel presenting us with complimentary glasses of prosecco and excellent service. We found all the staff to be friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also made use of the spa which was well equipped, clean and relaxing.

We would certainly stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Weekend break

We stayed for 2 nights using a Daily Telegraph voucher which could explain why our room on the first night was over the wedding party disco which went on until 11.30pm hence the lower grading. They said no other room was available. However, we were upgraded for the second night into a very comfortable room with a distant sea view and an excellent bed. Unusually, the bath was in the bedroom but not a problem and the ensuite was very good. Everywhere was clean and bright. The restaurant needs special attention as the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. The promenade around Morecombe Bay was within easy reach as was the town centre.

A taste of 5 star luxury

Very enjoyable break, wish we had stayed longer, definitely the best hotel we have stayed at.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good food (both dinner and breakfast.
Very good base for exploring Furness and the southern Lake District.

Room Temperature

Although the temperature in the hotel was satisfactory the room temperature was excessive and not controllable from within the room

Our luxury autumn break in Grange over Sands.

A very welcome break for my husband and I. Our room was upgraded when we arrived to a suite of rooms!! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfection!!
