The restaurant really let the hotel down. It was overpriced and the service wasn't great either. Despite paying for a dinner package there were supplements on my food choices and quite a hefty additional bill to pay in the morning even though we didn't have any drinks. Starters were particularly disappointing and the description didn't describe what arrived on the plate. At breakfast we were served burnt toast and when I asked if we could have it re-made was told there were issues with the toaster. We expected better for the price we paid. We cannot fault the bedroom though we had a beautiful view on two sides. The reception staff were helpful on arrival and spa was well equipped although showing its age around the ceiling.

Lovely hotel, great reception. Felt let down by restaurant

Took my mum away for a much needed break. Checked in by a lovely young gentleman he was very helpful. Restaurant was a let down. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Half hour wait for a drink, food was OK nothing special. Had a dinner allowance but still spent a fortune as extras were not included. So what should have been a break including everything wasn't. Bottle of fizz in the room was nice. Older clients would struggle in bathroom as it was all electronic. Spa was OK but pool very cold. Gorgeous setting of hotel but staff need more training

Restaurant had a limited menu selection which was the same each day. Room window had limited opening for fresh air.
Full English breakfast was luke warm and was not offered the option to have it heated up.

Room clean and Spacious but no individual toiletries.
Food terrible and overpriced.
Terrible service and staff in restaurant miserable and slow at clearing away pots especially at breakfast.
Spa ok but needs an update.
Location is excellent

We Stayed there for one night, with dinner and breakfast included
Dinner was delicious although it lacked options, it was very nice
Breakfast was delicious
Waiting staff for dinner and breakfast were all very helpful, polite and friendly
The spa was very nice and clean
The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived
