The Spa at The Daffodil

Welcome to The Daffodil's unique Spa facilities. From the indulgent thermal pool, to the spacious sauna and steam rooms, total relaxation is guaranteed. The Spa at The Daffodil offers you the chance to relax and escape from it all in true style and luxury.

THERMAL POOL

The thermal pool will be different than any other you have experienced (it's nothing like a swimming pool!) Whether you have tired legs from walking the surrounding fells or simply need some time off from the hectic lives we all lead, the thermal pool is the perfect tonic as you move from each section, allowing the water jets to target different areas of the body.

SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM

Whether you prefer the earthy aromas of the sauna or the revitalising atmosphere of the steam room, indulge in them both at the Spa. It is large enough to accommodate you and your friends, but not so small that you can't glow in peace.

TEPIDARIUM

At the Spa at The Daffodil, they are great believers in a bit of ‘you' time, so unwind and while a way an hour or two in our tepidarium. Let tepid air induce your relaxation and comfort prior to or post therapy, they don't even mind if you just fancy a quick snooze. Please note the tepidarium is only available for guests booking treatments.

The team of highly qualified therapists love nothing more than advising you which of the fabulous treatments to indulge in first and will be on hand to tailor a package bespoke to your needs should you require.

8am – 8pm daily

Treatment times:
10am - 6.30pm daily

*Owing to the nature of the facilities children under 16 will not be permitted in the Spa or thermal pool.  
Please note that the pool is a thermal pool and not a swimming pool.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book ahead for your chosen therapies. We kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible as availability can be limited, especially on weekends.
