Very disappointed that the evening menu didn t change and ran out of one of the main courses. However breakfast was excellent.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay and staff were excellent.
2 dogs with us and they received a treat bag and a ball each.
Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

Relaxing Break

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, dog friendly. Lovely breakfast.

Late autumn break

A thoroughly enjoyable break on the shore of Lake Windermere. Four nights of storm, snow and sun!

Welcome Break @ the Lakes

A lovely hotel with a very friendly and quirky approach. Lovely grounds and very very pet friendly without being in your-face for other guests that don't have a canine companion. Food excellent. The only small downside is that the main road is dangerous to cross most of the day but only what you'd expect in the Lakes.
