Only changed there evening meal every two nights not a good menu.

Short break

Hotel was good but let down by poor car parking. The hotel location, food, staff were all very good and Grange is a pleasant with a splendid promenade.

Lovely break

This was our first visit and we thororughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly return and recommend the hotel to others.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

A Short Break

The hotel provided us with a very good base for our short break. We were able to use the coastal train service on our last day (wet) to visit Lancaster. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Our stay

Staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. Lift holding just 3 people not adequate. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom not suitable for age group with roll top bath, no hooks or shelves for toiletries or towels. Dinner was fine and dining room lovely but breakfast buffet very limited,scrambled eggs watery and bacon practically uncooked, tomatoes had sat too long. Would like to specially mention the man at reception who carried our bags down the tricky sloping steps to our car when leaving. Staff who go the extra mile much appreciated.

Delightful short break venue

We were upgraded to a very spacious second floor suite overlooking the bay, therefore able to enjoy the early morning and evening views. Staff throughout were attentive, efficient and helpful, although the two on bar duty on our first day were untidy both in dress and appearance and not in keeping with all other staff members. We dined on both nights and enjoyed super food, chosen from a short but carefully selected menu. Dinner on our second evening slightly marred by slow service.
Overall a very enjoyable two night break.

Very nice hotel very clean food was very good staff very helpful.
Just one thing getting a drink at the bar. We waited at the bar to be served yes the bar tender was serving someone els but we were not acknowledged in any way so we sat down waited then went back to the bar and eventually we were served. It did not spoil our stay just an observation.
