Excellent dog friendly hotel

Lovely relaxing stay with excellent food. Warm welcome on arrival and nice touches with homemade shortbread and fruit liqueur in room. Hotel a little isolated if you like a wander into nearby attractions but perfect for a getting away from it all break.

Overwater Hall

Very enjoyable two night break. Good food , comfortable well appointed room and friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic food

The food was amazing at this Hotel. The presentation was lovely. Great canapes and coffee and petit fours to finish very nice. Staff really friendly and the service was great.

Luxury escape

We enjoyed our stay at Overwater Hall very much, from the welcoming touches of fresh fruit, local shortbread and a sweet little decanter of liqueur in our room, to the exquisite four course meal in the restaurant and the very tasty Lakeland breakfast after a good nights sleep in the huge and comfortable bed. A little bit of luxury for a short escape from the world at a fair price.

We had a very enjoyable five nights at Overwater during a stay hosted by warm, friendly and highly efficient professionals.
The food was really excellent and we were well looked after and catered for throughout our stay.
The hotel is located in a good part of the Lakes and Keswick is easy to get to.
